De Finstream methode
When we enter your company we want to map out the situation as accurately as possible. To achieve this we focus on 4 pointers: Organisation & structure, Primary processes, IT & Reporting and Finance function. What are points of caution? Where can we find improvements? During the analysis we will go as in depth as needed and wont stop until we find the answers to the most important questions. This way we get a good overview of the situation which will help us solve the questions and challenges. After this we will help with implementing the solution!
The research phase
There isn’t a topic in this analysis that remains underexposed. Based of the direction of the organisation we will inventorize and analyse the intent and the strucutre, the desired financial insights, the important risks and the current processes. Next to that we will zoom in on KPI’s and reports that are necessary to make the organisation controllable.
The advice phase
Once we have a good overview of the situation we will deliver extensive advice. How do you avoid the pitfall and risks? What way can you optimize processes? And how can you utilize your strenths to gain opportunities? Based off these needs we will make a green flag report, so we can work on getting and keeping your organisation in control.
De supportfase
The green flag report will offer stability. However we can offer additional support wherever needed. We offer financial support for at least 6-12 month. Until your financial houshold is stable and your company is ready for what is to come next.
